The personal data of users is not disclosed either to the Restaurants or the delivery drivers. Both the Restaurant and the driver will see the geographic location of the user.

The feedback on the quality of the service is anonymous and drivers do not receive information on the names and telephone numbers of the users who provided feedback;

Any collection and processing of personal data by Fiji Eats service providers shall occur under the same conditions as established in this privacy policy.
 

Security and Deletion of Data

Any personal data collected in the course of providing the FIJI EATS service is transferred to and stored in cloud. Only authorised employees of Fiji Eats have access to the personal data and they may access the data only for the purpose of resolving issues associated with the use of the Fiji Eats App (including disputes with the Restaurants);

If you would like to delete the personal data collected by us, you can do so by submitting a written request to our customer support via info@fijieats.com. After receiving the request we will delete the account and any personal data associated with the account.

Please note that the deinstallation of Fiji Eats App in your device does not cause the deletion of your personal data. If you want to delete your personal data collected by Fiji Eats, please send a written request by email as indicated above. You should also bear in mind that the request to delete personal data is possible only if we delete your account. As a result of that you will not be able to use FIJI EATS services under your existing account.

Fiji Eats is a eCommerce platform whereby customers making payments using their debit/credit cards will need to enter all the card details from their end. For every single order customers will need to re-enter their card details as no data relating to the card will be stored.

FijiEats.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. Payment Gateway Service

There are multiple payment gateways in the platform like Stripe, Paystack, Windcave and others in the platform. We use the details of the user to make the payment successful but we don't store user's personal details or other bank details at our end. All these things are done by the payment gateway.

Location Tracking:

1. Our app collects location data to track the location of drivers and show order status on the customer app so the customer easily tracks his order status through the app.

2. when the app is closed or not in use, data is not trackable.

3. In Agent  App, we are tracking the location of the agent in the background mode as well while they are working for us, as soon as they mark their off Duty and clear the application from the background,  we do not take the location or track the agent.
